Outlook automatic close on opening some html documents ?
Hi everybody, my outlook is behaving strangely doing some updates in outlook. The problem is that when I open a mail that contains some html documents and I try to open those html documents then the outlook automatically close without giving any messages. I don’t know the reason behind this problem and looking for the solution? If anyone know more about this then please suggest me.
Hi friend. See you are saying that after doing the outlook updates your outlook is having this kind of problem. It means that there must be some error in the updating files or some kind of bug present in those files that infected the outlook. If you have recently install any plug-in programs then you can try uninstalling the add-in, see the results. If the problem solved then remove the plug-in from your computer. The situation is not normal as at any time you can lose the data present in the PST files. You can use the scanpst.exe to recover any corrupted files. If there is a problem that cannot be solved by this then in order to protect your PST file, you need to use the PST Recovery through Outlook PST Repair software. Use it if you have no other choice.
