Repair PST

Microsoft Outlook is a personal Information Manager which you use to manage your emails, your notes, calendar entries, your contacts, and many other interesting tools which can manage your schedules and personal information. Microsoft outlook has a 2GB size limit restriction on the outlook personal folder (.pst) and offline folders (.ost) file types. If the size of the file goes to 2GB or more than 2GB then the file will be unable to use and get corrupted. Microsoft has seen and rectified the 2GB PST file problem in their Microsoft Outlook 2003 and other latest versions but the 2GB file problem is still in the previous version of outlook. My suggestion for you is to create new personal folder when your PST file size increases to 800MB. This way the PST files don't get corrupted. It is a precaution that you take. There are many software manufacturers which has created the PST file splitting software which is used to split large PST files in to small parts. You can easily download and split the 2GB PST files using this software. These are available as freeware as well as licensed. First download the trial version and execute. If it solves your problem then you can go for the full version of the outlook PST file splitting software .
