0x8004210E Error ?
I am facing the following error message when I try to download the email in Microsoft outlook:
“Task \' - Receiving\' reported error (0x8004210E): \'Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: -ERR box locked”
I don’t know what’s the reason is and simply want to remove the errors messages. Please share your knowledge if you know more about this.

The reason behind the error message is that the mail server that you are trying to connect to already has an open connection to it for your email account. It also occurs if you are connected via another device or in a situation where the mail server has not correctly closed the lock at the end of the POP3 session. Solution Ensure that no other device is trying to connect to your email account like mobile phones and smart phones. People also download email from one account to their Gmail or other email accounts via POP3. If you have configured an account to do so then you should disable it to check if that is interfering with your connection. If it does not solve the problem then you can try disabling your anti-virus program or at least disabling your email scanner program (if possible). If you still have the problem, there could be a malformed message on the server that is not coming through. Check using the webmail for any mails that have not been downloaded and delete any unwanted emails. Check for the emails with attachments and delete them if possible.
