Outlook fails - error says execute scanpst.exe but can\'t find it ?
I was doing some programming works and due to some exceptional handling situations, my PC gets crashed and was not starting for a while. Then after an hour when I tried again, it started and first of all I think that I have very precious files on my outlook. So I was planning to create the backups. When I tries to open outlook, it said to execute the scanpst.exe but when I tried to find the scanpst.exe, the file was not found on my computer. Have any Suggestions?
