Outlook 2007 Will Not Work After Installing Update ?

Hi Everyone, I am recently moved from outlook 2003 to outlook 2007 that was available with the Microsoft Office 2007 software package. I was very impressed with the beautiful interface of Outlook 2007. It was true that it was little slow than older versions but with me it is OK. Now when I listen about the cumulative update, I did it by connecting to Microsoft site. After updating I closed the computer. Next day when I try to open outlook 2007, it was not working. It is the problem and I don’t know the solution till now. What to do, please tell me.
