Problem in address book of outlook client ?
Hello everyone. I am using outlook 2003 on my windows XP SP2 computer. Today I am having problem with outlook 2003. The problem is that the contacts do not work as Email Address Book. I am unable to find the causes. Please give me some suggestions.

The contacts Database in Outlook has Replaced the personal Address Book as the preferred place to store custom email addresses. But sometimes it is not enabled and doesn\'t work or shows as an email address book. You need to enable the Contacts database as an Email Address Book in outlook 2003. To do so follow these steps:
- Click on Tools and then Email Accounts option
- Click View or change existing directories or address books
- Click Next
- Click on Add button then Additional Address Books option
- Click Next
- Click on the outlook Address Book option
- Click Next
- Click on Finish button
- Click on contacts tab – see the contacts database
- Right click on the Contacts option on the left hand side
- Click on the Properties option
- Click on the outlook Address Book tab
- Ensure that Show this folder as an e-mail address book option is selected
- Click on OK
After performing these steps the contacts database should now be active as an e-mail address book.
