an unknown error occurred, error code: 0x80040116 ?

I recently faced this "an unknown error occurred, error code 0x80040116" while opening my Outlook. Please let me know how can I fix this error. I am not able to access my outlook emails and contacts. Please let me know how could I acces all my emails, contacts & tasks.

If you have the pst file over network you get the same error .. Copy pst file localy and it will work
