Outlook 2010 Cannot Create File Voicemessage.wav: How to Open Voicemail Messages

To achieve this you will have to move through the registry where the temporary folders are hidden. You can copy the path of OutlookSecureTempFolder and then open it in the address bar of explorer.
Even if you are unable to open the attachment then it is clear that something is wrong with Outlook. You must have got corrupt emails in your Outlook mailbox or your PST files have been damaged. So, it is required to delete damaged emails and repair your corrupt PST using PST Repair software.
